As a Product Manager, you will be an essential member of Growlinks Product team. The Product Manager will own critical software innovations from strategic planning through tactical execution. You will work alongside software engineers, business leaders, stakeholders, and customers to discover, develop, and maintain compelling and innovative digital experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops the strategy, and roadmap for digital products that align to the long-term vision of the company, while delivering immediate impact on OKRs. (Objectives and Key Results)
  • Evangelizes the digital product strategy and motivates team members critical to the product's success.
  • Conducts data analysis, market research, and user research to incorporate customer needs into product decisions.
  • Develops storyboards and/or user journeys to clarify the end-to-end user experience and benefits (functional and emotional).
  • Partners with designers to evolve storyboards into low and high-fidelity designs.
  • Translates product requirements into story maps and detailed user stories with clear and objective prioritization of features.
  • Works with engineering teams to groom and estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources and company expectations accordingly.
  • Develops and executes against sprint plans, removing roadblocks to ensure forward progress.
  • Ensures the product is sufficiently tested to meet standards prior to release.
  • Consistently hosts product demos to maintain transparency with stakeholders and enables feedback to flow in both directions
  • Regularly reports on project status, communicates changes in feature requirements and release schedules openly to the leadership team, and escalates critical decisions.
  • Coordinates with marketing, operations, support, legal, and finance teams to ensure successful go-to-market and adoption.
  • Leverages tools and data analysis to objectively measure, track, and improve product adoption.
  • Embraces OKRs to create focus, alignment, commitment, and empowerment.

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of web and mobile product management experience at a consumer tech company.
  • BA/BS in an analytical field such as economics, math, or computer science with business management experience.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to identify viable solutions through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience and comfort talking to users to identify pain points.
  • Willingness to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes to ensure success.
  • Possesses sufficient technical skills (basic application architecture, APIs and API structure, common developer terminology) to communicate well with team members and understand the technical implications of the product decisions you make.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
